You win!

This is made with winter milk, so not very yellow.
I made it the way they show on Edwardian Farm.
Now, I hate that I have nearly a gallon of skim milk sitting on the counter, so I intend to pick up an extra quart of cream at the farm for next time I make it, add it to 2 quarts of milk, and then proceed.

Oh, and by the way, its super yummy!
