hair loss suggestions

since i had my last child i noticed my hair thinning never really had super thick hair

does anyone have any natural remedies that might cure this

My hair got a lot thicker with some pregnancies, thinner with others. Try having another baby.

cant now its too late unless i want to get untwisted

I can't offer much other than to say that when you're pregnant your body generally holds on to the hair, it doesn't fall out much at all, after baby is born it has 9 months of falling out to catch up on! It seems scary but I don't think its a permanant thing, my sisters hair thined out alot, but she never lost it all.
