(gets out calculator....lets see....) I'm more that 3x 18 now. waaaaaaa......

But I clearly remember 18, in upstate New York where the drinking age was 18, and drinking Boons Hill Farms (?) on the RR trellis with a long haired boyfriend who played base in the local band. Gosh - am I dating myself?

OMG, that's where I was doing the very same thing at that age, except we had a cabin in the woods on our neighbors property

Strawberry flavored Boons Hill Farm(? I can't rmember either) is what we drank Almaden was what the adults drank... still by my standards today

Back in Africa the drinking age is 18, so I started drinking at 16 of course!

So even then you were into Self Sufficiency. That is GREAT! Did you build your own smoker or was it a commercially made one? Did you ever try smoking crawdads? I saw an episode of "The Beverly Hillbillies" where Granny was smoking crawdads and all of Jethro's friends were really looking forward to trying some!

uhhh, the stuff we smoked was green, we rolled our own And yeah since the legal drinking age was 18, we started at 16 ...
