I know you are not suppose to start tinctures until the New Moon and leave it till the Full Moon. The New Moon has more draw than a full one. And the tide is always high at noon during a New Moon.

The moon was simply gorgeous from here last night. A perfect golden color with wispy clouds hanging around.
