I use triscuits and whole grain rye crisps for myself. I find that popcorn also takes care of that salty crunchy craving. I put garlic salt and parmesan or other grated cheese on the popcorn.
I'm sure the storebought stuff isn't as healthy as home made would be, but I think it is a worth while compromise. I just don't have time to do all the stuff I would like to.
