As for flax oil, it goes rancid so fast, I just don't see the point really.

And the omega's are balanced within the oil, so it won't balance the use of other oils or add Omega III's to your diet, really.

Thanks! I hadn't thought of it in that light, but it makes sense. And, as mentioned, it goes rancid so quickly that I never am able to finish a bottle.
