It is the GOOD stuff! You get it at health food stores. The course stuff is cheaper, but still around $6 per pound. Good stuff. Good for ya, too.

BTW....Hubby bought me a cheap little salt grinder form the store (it actually had a different type of sea salt in it). We buy the course Celtic and fill the grinder up....much cheaper than buying the finely ground celtic.
