I will ask if I can dig some up and see what the root looks like. I know the old man farmed there. If I am correct I will dig up a lot…cook some and plant some. Apparently it’s very healthy and won’t do the damage of potatoes. My godchild’s husband claims people use it as baby food in Cuba.
