Courgette cake? Off to Google I go...
Help what do I do with all this zucchini ?

Ok, am I missing something?

Courgette is just another word for zucchini. All the pictures of a "courgette cake" are just loaves. Sooo, is "courgette cake" just a fancy word for zucchini bread? And if sooo, why would that be disgusting?
@CommunityAllotment I use the same basic recipe for zucchini bread that I do for banana bread. Just substitute zucchini for bananas. If you want chocolate, toss in chocolate chips or cocoa ( if adding cocoa, I up the sugar slightly). Or instead of chocolate, add lemon or orange... All the recipes I found for "courgette cake" we're geared for non-US residents so the conversions would be a pain.
