I don't eat them so I am OK.....

We never go to a Mexican restaurant. We just don't like the foods much. Most I make is a taco at home and we don't eat that alot either.

Mexican is so popular but not really around my area. The old Southerners want fried chicken..... and collards and skip the mexican burn.

Funny thing is I hardly make fried chicken anymore. I oven bake everything...LOL---sad but true.

Now it is time this year to make REAL Southern fried chicken again. Tony will go GA GA over it...thanks Quail...now I will be making this and he will love it!

Rogers, Ohio. It's a town. We're taking poultry up to the Rogers Auction this evening. Every Friday is the Rogers Flea Market and Auction. Girls day out! (the friend is Becca! my poultry enabling buddy!)

Tomorrow, my mom is watching all five kids so Becca, Ernie, and I can all go the the Mt. Hope poultry swap, maybe to Lehman's, and then Ernie and I (and Becca if she wants to tag a long) are going to visit an Alpaca Farm and learn how to trim toenails and give shots, and maybe choose a buddy for Job.
