Hi everyone...
I live in the SW desert and started my urban homestead about 4 years ago...
Never in my dreams did I think chickens would be so dang addictive! Well, never imagined I would be raising chickens either.
But the bug bit and it big HARD!
I now have 12 fruit and nut trees, more chickens than I care to confess to, grape vines, raspberry bushes, blackberry bushes, a strawberry scape... And it just keeps going on and on... All on less than 1/5 of a acre in the city.
I look forward to learning from all the wisdom here... For example, can almond trees make sap for syrup?
Cheers,
