The only meat I buy is bacon and occasionally pepperoni for pizzas. If we have left over chicken (usually use this), or rabbit or deer, I just chop it up and put it on a wrap with salad dressing, lettuce and cheese. sometimes if they are really lucky, I wil (ahead of time) batter and pan fry the chicken to make it like a grilled chicken wrap.How do you avoid the sandwich meat issues (expense and preservatives) for wraps and sandwiches, or do you just go for it?
