Omg. I love my dog. Athena came rushing over when I screamed and let me use her as leverage to pull myself out of the water and mud suction.

Note to self. Do not trust the ground out by the marsh even if it has grass growing. I broke through ice and was up past my knees.

An adult was hanging out this afternoon. I'm surprised there is still a little pit of snow up on the tree. We hit 34 yesterday and today.
