Eli, I still havnt gotten around to killing that darn rooster, I guess it will have to wait till tomarrow.

I tried to remove more sod this afternoon but the ground is frozen in some spots and not others. My mellon plants I started are doing horrible, started 7 seeds in jiffy pods and only one took. I dont know how I'm going to get by with one melon plant and I dont want to waste any more of the pods. My search for new garden tools is over, I found a european company called wolf garten that makes a system were with one handle you can switch between like 30 different gardening tools. The only problem is the hefty price tag, $15 for the handle and $10-30 for the heads.

I must say I'm jealous, good for you. So far I have checked with Oliver seed, TSC, and the garden store across from the spanked puppy, and still no luck. I might have to resort to subway or hannafords :p .

Sell your eggs, you get around 7 dozen a week right? during peak laying season. 2$ a dozen (approximate) 14$ a week, see if NYE has any openeings.
