Paw wax is expensive! After buying a tin, it crossed my mind I could probably make it. Starting a thread for recipes and experiences.
Hi
I've never heard of paw wax. Please tell me more :)

Paw wax? Guess that's not a southern thing, lol!
I'm in the UK.

It's getting extremely cold here it would be good to find a recipe. I've just looked up what it is, it's not a common thing amongst my doggie friends. Many of us like to take our fur friends to rough grounds and Woodlands so this wax could come in handy especially if it will help keep the frost a bay.

I bought boots for my schipperke when I lived in apartments in town. Prevents frostbite as well. The apt complex we lived in back in Virginia was overzealous on ice melt.

I've rubbed Bag Balm into the paws of my german shepherd and aussie mix here, but it wears off very fast. Sometimes their feet get so dry and then Zeus starts licking.
