We used to pick up 100+ gallons of organic raw milk monthly or us and several other local customers. We were there only once each month and with our large family we needed 20 gallons just for us. Like WZ we don't like the way the cream texture changed when we froze it, so we drank it all month long. Towards the end of the month it would gently sour, but never spoiled like store bought milk. Many will add a little cocoa powder and sweetener at that point and make chocolate milk - it covers up the slight sour taste. Or bake with it and it's not noticable at all.

I miss the cream we used to get from that jersey milk! The dairy closed about 2 years ago - we were all very sad! Hence the reason I now have my goaties! FWIW, I don't mind goat milk as much after it's frozen. The little cream "chunkies" are much smaller so I can drink them without noticing them - though I can see a few clinging to an empty glass.
