We take 4000 D, I'll have to check the multi bottle to see the amounts of calcium & mag. Thanks for the amounts!
I will look into the feverfew more, maybe a daily dose of tea would be wise. When we were home and I was 100 percent managing his diet and added supps, his daily headaches went away. He has also been eating a lot more gluten than usual (every other day it seems vs never!) which could be a contributing factor.
