How to make gravy from fired chicken?

Gravy turned out quite well...it was not quite perfect (to me) but DH and kids said it was awesome.
Only trouble is that I made WAAAYYYYYYY too much, so we will really be mashed potato & gravied (yes, that is a made up word!) out by the end of the week!

You can do more with the gravy than just put it on mashed potatoes--french fries, hot chcken sandwiches, put it in stew, on buscuits, etc. You can also freeze it and use it later.

I wondered if I could freeze it.

Last night I made this lovely dinner for the family and it ended up just DH & I were home to enjoy it. So tonight will be a repeat (as long as I can keep everyone out of the fried chicken today!) I will add biscuits(hockey pucks no doubt) and the beautiful chocolate cream pie that no one noticed in the fridge!This long message to get to the point.... I think we will end up eating all the gravy!

ooooo cant you just feel your arteries hardening? I love this gravy, but since it is so bad for you, I only make it once every year or so.

Yes it can be frozen.....
