Shred that beef like you would pulled pork, add some Cherry BBQ sauce and have BBQ'd beef sandwiches. When you are making the sandwiches, add a little bit of horseradish sauce to the top bun.

These folks make a Cherry BBQ sauce that is to DIE for! Their mustards ain't nothin' to sneeze at either!!
