Spring got skipped. It's now summer
Same here. I was wearing shorts and either flip flops or no shoes yesterday. And, I'll be doing the same today. It's almost 60 out there right now!

They're calling for rain here on Friday. And, as much as I hate to say it, we need it. :(

The last storm a week or so ago, we got 4 3/4", poor chickens needed a rowboat. The girls are out there at their favorite rotten stump, ( massive old oak killed in hurricane Ike) tossing dirt and having a good time. I don't have the heart to tell them that the mudpies are coming back tomorrow.........

Ours went out as fast as it came in today. Tonight and tomorrow are supposed to get bad though. We got a good bit done outside today :)

Ours is just plain nasty. Wind and more wind 50 to 60 MPH here in the south and in the north far worse, some areas had 72 MPH and lots of damage. Cold and temps in the 20's tonight. Sunday was lovely, 70 and a little overcast, sweet grand daughter helped in the yard all day spraying everything down with the hose. Yesterday and today snow days. YUCK!!

You're right, Deb, we need it too. And honestly, this 85 degrees, while it feels FANTASTIC, is a wee bit warm for this time of year.
The weekend is SUNNY and 60's, though, so that makes it all good!!!
