10-20 years is a LOOOOOONG time! I am gonna just use 5 gallon buckets with a gasket-type lid and put the rest in my gallon glass jars on the shelf for daily use. Then refill the jars as needed, so I don't have to open the buckets too often.

Go check for a wheat-grinding thread, I'm about to start one so it is more easily found by all the lurkers who might one day become members!
