Yum! I just made it but realized I didn't have any of the parmesan. It is still good but I'm wondering how much better it would be with?
A couple of questions. I got the beef liver at the farmers market today for $4.50/lb. Then at the other end of the market, they had pork livers for $2.50/lb. Is liver liver? I've only ever eaten beef liver.
Is there anything else you would spread it on besides cukes and jicama. I for some reason can't get past the taste of jicama? I can get good cukes now at the market but just wondered about other ideas?
