CoT, can you get teh CTB at any health food store? I have never heard of it.

You should be able to, but I have heard that with CTB the cheaper brands aren't as effective, so don't just buy the cheapest thing out there. I buy the powder from Mountain Rose Herbs and capsule it myself. It's also commonly called Vitex, and that is what I see it called the most at the HFS.
