Very lazy day for me anyway. Got up bright and early to make a whole bunch of sausage biscuits to put in the freezer for the kids' breakfasts, even made some extra biscuits to use for some ham sandwiches for the kids to take to school for lunches and then one of my ovaries decided to act up. Between the hormone dump and the pain I'm better off just hanging out in my chair watching stupid old "B" horror flicks. Greg OTH is as busy as a nesting pregnant woman. We're getting ready to start fostering again and he's moving furniture and closet stuff and cleaning and just generally doing what I should be doing.

Not really, but not insane either. Barn chores, church, annual meeting at church, pot luck lunch, errands, household stuff, cooking for the week, made dinner, ate. Had some down time- Wii, reading and knitting. Checked on the animals frequently since it's so cold.
We did go to TSC and I did fantasize over the half price hearth wood stoves that I don't currently have the money for.... They looked so warm, I could almost picture my feet stretched out in front of one!

Moolie, have you checked out netflix yet? you get your first month free. I think the american netflix is better than the canadian, but it seems pretty good. we didn't think it would work with our slow internet connection, but it does, and it is nice to be able to watch movies without going broke.
Not yet, we don't actually watch much tv and usually just buy DVDs when we like something enough to own it.

Because of this forum, I actually ordered The Victorian Kitchen Garden, Tales from the Green Valley, Victorian Farm, and pre-ordered Edwardian Farm from the UK after asking a British friend if she knew if they were on DVD (because watching them all on YouTube just wasn't cutting it. It was Christmas gift money from my parents, so not a big out-of-pocket expense. I can't wait until they arrive! :)

I worked. LOL.

Friday and Saturday are my days off. Which, by the way, is freaking awesome.

James, just think of what a couple of goats could do for your lawn! Then you wouldn't NEED to do much mowing. ;)
