Have a shot of apple cider vinegar. I did that a few days ago and within 10 min I felt better.
:thumbsup Works!
well, I did the ACV, let's just say as gross as is was going down,..... you get the rest.

I was sick all night.

I feel better today, but still drained.

found some caffeine free tea (peppermint and some ginger!) in that little ol' canister that no one ever looks in. so I'll be drinking that today.

oh, well. thanks for the advice.

Hmmm . . . there is a digestive bug going around here in the greater Seattle area, that I hear may be a "superbug". Maybe it isn't just here. I got a mild case -- I just felt uncomfortable for a day and went to bed without eating dinner and was fine the next day -- but my mom and now my brother have it really bad. :p

My advise would be to eat something with coconut and/or some live culture yogurt, if you can stomach either of those. Both of those seemed to at least help my mom a little and it would get some calories into you. If this turns bad . . . my mom went to the doctor and they gave her a strong probiotic, which helped her.

Good luck. I hope this is just something mild.

Guess I should have mentioned that I never take it straight...I water mine down quite a bit and usually eat it over salad for good measure...... :hide Sorry!

Straight ACV is pretty harsh, even for me...burns all the way down.

When I have that feeling of having a rock in my belly, I always drink peppermint tea. It always fixes me right up. Ginger sounds good too!

Beer.

It can cure anything, even if it ain't broke. Just keep applying it until the problem goes away.
