I was wondering what we were going to have for dinner tonight! Thanks for the recipe!

And the BREAD man I wish I could eat that! I will have to make hubby a loaf as I have only been making gluten free STUFF (hardly bread) for a while now. I just got a different bread machine that makes nice BIG loaves and that should help make bread making fit into my schedule today!

I really like those Day-Trip vacations. We did that a few years ago. There are really LOTS of places to visit and see nearby each of us, but we seldom take the time to do that. Near us there is Watkin's Mill which is an old restored woolen mill, Missouri Town 1850 a reenactor's village, Harry Truman Library (never seen that yet) and home, National Frontier Trails Center, several old home tours, St Joe area has Pony Express Museum and a really nice Indian Museum, and old home tours and St Louis area has TONS of things to do including an AWESOME Botanical Garden! All of this stuff is just a day away. We have even over nighted in a few of the areas as there is just too much to see in a day! St Louis is a great place to go as most of the things to do are FREE!

Kel, you guys are busy!

Good luck on finding the right place....I know it will happen!

Your loaves look yummy. I need to make some bread, but I am much better at free form style breads than those that go into a loaf pan....no idea why!

I did get a little ticked at dh today. I overheard him tell his boss that Titan didnt go outside anymore to pee - he just pees where he is standing, no matter where that might be. This is an outright lie, so I could not figure out what dh was saying! :smack So as soon as dh hung up the phone, I asked him what he was doing. He told me his boss has three apartments very near the hospital, and she has one apartment she wants us to rent. She was trying to convince him that we should go look at the apartment this week, but DH does NOT want to live anywhere that is owned by his boss. So that was why he said what he did about Titan; he was trying to convince her that she did not want us living in any of her apartments. DH said he has already told her four or five times we arent interested, so he is hoping she will stop nagging him about it. Okay, now Im ready to :smack his boss.
Well, I'm shocked that he lied, but that was a good idea of a deterent lol

He should have just asked her, "Will there be room for the chickens? The First Ladies are all house chickens, and will be taking up residence in the living room. Don't worry, Sam doesn't crow too terrible loud, but he is an attack rooster!"

Kel,

If you feel like moving to Tenn., the house next to me is for sale. It has about 2 acres and was just built 2 years ago, about 2,000 sq. ft. It has a great garden spot, but we do have dogs in the neighborhood.

Just think, in exchange for picking anything you want out of my garden, I could sample your delicious recipes. :D
