I grew up eating it. We called it wild spinach. SO is convinced it is poisonous and that I am trying to kill him. I mix it with swiss chard, so he won't notice.

Ive been ripping that stuff up too. I have to go outside now and see if I can find any. Probably won't try any though since I am a scardy cat and afraid of getting the wrong thing. I just tried daylily root yesterday and I have known for years that it was edible.

How was the daylily? I just found out this past year that it was edible and I have lots of that out here.

I get the tingly lip thing from eating daylily roots, so I think I am allergic.
