I enjoy the earlier light in the morning but, hate it getting dark so early  Can't win -- I just want longer "like summer" days all year!! No, not moving!!!

I sometimes wish that we'd stick w/one or the other, but not really sure which. Maybe we should split the difference.

That was the second thought in our thinking. Which time do we stick to then? In winter as things are, it's dark here by 04:30pm, so there is room for improvement, if we can lose an hour of light in the mornings. I personally would prefer the afternoon light to last a bit longer. The poor kids come home from school at 03:00pm and have not even 90 minutes of decent daylight left to play outside.

As long as they pick one, I don't care. We have lights now.

It's after 7am and dark still here. We only have 10 hours of daylight right now anyway.

Sunrise 7:54am
Sunset 5:59pm
