About 16 years ago, I started work at a restaurant as apprentice "cook". Another lady started the same day with me. She had to smooth out and thin some pea soup and poured it in the food processor, turned it on and noticed the switch at the wall plug was still off, so she leaned over to switch it on there as well. I noticed her jumping out of the corner of my eye and turned to look…. The only visible part of her face and most of her head was a pair of rapidly blinking eyes. She forgot to put the lid on before she turned the food processor on…. Thank goodness the soup was cold when she poured it in!
