Today, hubby and I went to the transfer station to get dry leaves for chicken coop and garden. I spent 3 hours out puttering around in the rain. Planted a rhubarb in the HK mound, pulled a mountain of weeds, came in chilled to the bone, covered in mud, totally happy camper!!!

I'm trying to figure out how to post pics! Got this one... now to figure out how to edit it to an avatar. I'd like to crop it. Can I do so from here? Any techies out there? BTW, This is Jack, my first roo. An EE hatched from my own flock. He was a very good boy, got the job done for 3 years, before I replaced him with Goliath.

This is Maggie: 4 years old. Her favorite past times are running and chasing after mice and mouse smells. Any techies out there who can help me figure out how to turn this pic into my avatar?

That doesn't work. When I go into my profile , edit avatar function, I can't do it that way either. It keeps sending me back to my computer files where the pic originally shows up, and I get lost from there. I can move the pic from my computer files to a new tab, but can't do anything with it after that, though was able to get it to post here... but bet I can't duplicate that process again!

I'm looking at Magpie Black/White ducks, adding a few more EE, possibly some BR, And considering some Leghorn 236 b/c they are supposedly bred to be Marek's resistant. Of course, if I order any birds at all, I'll add some meaties.

when you go to update the avatar it is asking you to tell it which file you want to upload for it. so, just go to where you have that puppy picture stored and click on it and it should upload it. you may have save it or say ok or something after that, but that should do it.
