i grew them from seeds i planted and harvested so what you see are the 2nd generation from the parent seed i planted. i keep track of every seed i planted and where they were planted and also keep track of all seeds harvested from certain plants. since i knew what i planted were interesting to me they were kept track of. i have more yet to plant this coming season.
in the picture, some of the seeds are the return to the parental type of beans that i originally planted, but the intermediate seeds look nothing like the one parent seed that i planted.
i grow a lot of different beans each year. last year was no exception as i planted nearly 50 different varieties.
