Yes. That pork rind coating works well for pretty much any fried food. I use it on white meat chicken to make my own "nuggets" :D

When you use pork rinds as a breading, it doesn't TASTE like pork rinds. It just tastes crunchy and like whatever seasoning you add. As for fried cheese, no reason you can't use the pork rind coating to make fried cheese curds.

I have never eaten a pork rind... :hide I might have to try these though. Are there decent pork rinds available in stores? I don't have a pig!
