lower carb/no white flour zuccini bread?

Mine was pretty moist and "wet" as well but it tasted awesome.
I used a brown rice flour mix instead of regular flour due to Celiacs. Maybe next time I would add a bit more GF flour mix and see what happens lol. Only way to find out is to experiment. HTH
