We usually cook it fresh. You can put tea towels on the backs of the kitchen chairs or over open drawers and let the pasta dry there.

Hi, I have made pasta before, but always ate it fresh. I have never frozen or dried it. From experience--what would be your preferred method of storing it--from a taste veiwpoint. I assume dreid would have a longer shelf life. Today is gonna be a "kitchen day", so I might pull out the ole pasta maker.

We prefer dried, as we have more pantry than freezer space.

Dace may be able to give some hints for freezing pasta.
