I have 30 quarts of canned blueberries that are about 3 years old. They still seem OK, can I make jams and or jelly from them, we sweetened them during canning process. Does anyone have a recepie for this?

I don't see why you couldn't. I don't have a recipe, but I bet someone here does. The instructions in the pectin box (as to sugar amounts, etc) might help, too.

And yum. :drool

I haven't tried using canned but I think if you use the Ball brand low or no sugar pectin you should be fine. I would add a couple tablespoons of fresh lemon juice in each batch and maybe some zest as well to perk up the flavor. You may not have to use any additional sugar depending on your taste. Good luck and keep us posted. :drool
