not only have i seen them i've used them! properly maintained and regularly used it is possible to keep up a small city lot. out here, noway, we had one for about two months before it got set out at the curb.

Yep! And o have one now. It’s not very good for mowing the weed patch I have now, but I laid down 10 squares of Saint Augustine grass, yeah, I know. Tiny patch, but it’s a start.
