All the overly processed fake meats actually make me sick. My stomach can't handle them at all.
We actully do eat a lot of veggies here. The ones I can eat or have a tolerance to in limited amounts.
I have to make sure to eat a certain amount of meat regularly. I cannot use non-heme iron. Found that out in my early 20s when I almost died from anemia because of PCOS issues. Wasn't eating enough meat at the time to replace what I was losing. Took them a bit to figure out why the high doses of iron weren't helping.
