There are so many ways other than physical ways to deal with stress and emotional issues.

~reading
~drawing
~meditating
~yoga
~even woodworking!

The list is endless

Having a hobby is a great way to rejuvenate and deal with stress. We as a nation are so addicted to the tube that we are tuning out instead of tuning into what we're feeling and positive coping mechanisms like what we're discussing. I haven't watched a lick of TV this week and have felt so much more in tune.
