Things are finally calming down a bit. The garden is coming along.
Every day I sneak out for an hour or two to put more seeds in.
Whenever someone catches me out there they feel the need to tell me what I'm doing wrong. Apparently, I plowed at the wrong time, my rows are too close together, I put the potatoes in at the wrong phase of the moon, I shouldn't have planted certain seeds yet and so on. So, I sneak, and when I get caught, I sit on the seed packets and say I'm weeding.
Here's some of the different kinds of daffodils that came up this year:
Finally had enough that I could pick a few without leaving a patch of stems behind.
Nothing really exciting happening here except I've got a batch of Blue Orp chicks due to hatch Friday.......
