Wait! Hold up! What is the title of the book??? Simply '300 Cheese Recipes'?

I've been completely slacking in making ANYTHING. No yogurt, no cheese, no soap, no nothing :/
We've been pasteurizing all the milk and bottle feeding the kids. I barely even get any to drink!
It's "only" 200. 200 Easy Homemde Cheese recipes. Debra Amrein-Boyes

:) I too could live on cheese. I warned my doctor that any two week dairy free trial was doomed to fail.....

Wait until you eat an omelet with your own eggs AND cheese!

Offical Blind taste test.

My hubby was really not keen to try goats milk, so I made a little test and he was game to play!

1 cup of cows milk
1 cup of Molly's milk
1 cup mixed!

He couldn't tell the difference, when I pushed for his opinion, he thought the mixed cup was cows milk. He thought the cows milk had an aftertaste!

:ya SOLD! :gig

:gig My family used to enjoy this came when I was a kid! People always picked the goat's milk as the best, saying the cow's milk had a chemical aftertaste....and that was back in the late 70's!

:( Molly is pooping funny!!!!!

Still solid, but it looks like a bunch of little pellet poops are stuck together.

:(

We have closed off the pasture where the green grass is, I hope we didn't overdo it too much.

She gave an entire pint this morning, more than double what we got at previous milkings!

Please tell me if there is anything I can do or just leave her eating the plain hay.

I did it to my son this morning, I told him I'd give him a buck if he could pick the goats milk cup! :gig
When I asked him which was the goats milk, he picked the cow, and I said NOPE then he picked the mixed cup!

He didn't get a buck!
