I tend to avoid soy.
Almond is good - good proteins and low-carb. That's what we use here. Dunno much about rice or coconut milks.

My son is allergic to cow's milk, rice and soy so we've stuck to almond milk. I've had great results using it in cooking.

Soy is a nutritional disaster unless it is fermented. Avoid soy milk like the plague!

Almond milk is ok. I have used Almond Breeze before and it is pretty good. My favorite though is coconut cream. If you decide to buy it, read the container carefully to make sure it hasn't been pumped full of sugar. Faraon brand is really good.

Almond and coconut milk are both wonderful in cooking.

My favorite conspiracy is that feminists are pushing soy to bring men down a few notches. *giggles*

I LOVE almond milk! I get it by Blue Diamond Almonds, I get the chocolate one :p I also use coconut creamer in coffee and use So Delcious or something like that.

Why are you cutting out milk?

Ditto :)

Raw dairy is the way to go, if you are concerned about processed dairy.
