That is horrible, but the story bibliophile posted is worse. That dairy only got sued for saying they DIDN'T use hormones. Period. Why did Monsanto sue? Well they MAKE the hormone. They did not want a dairy to have a competitive advantage over those using their chemicals.

I just can't believe how messed up this is or how big & far reaching Monsanto really is. I'm just dumbfounded.
How can anyone in their right mind have allowed this to happen? Okay so many of the people in gvt are or were from Monsanto, but what about across the world? Is the UN in on it too?
And for Monsanto to say "why should we take the responsibility for the safety risks?" WTF!! This just boggles the mind at how drunk on their own power, lust & greed they've become. AND NOBODY HAS STOPPED THEM YET?
Oh Lord have mercy on us little folk against such evil. May the walls of THAT Jericho come tumbling DOWN! :hide

clearly, no reporting agencies want to discuss Monsanto in relation to this case yet, but NPR is reporting the story here. after some major disappointments from NPR in their handling of things related to Monsanto, i'll be eagerly following their coverage of this issue.

What great news! The first step on the road has been taken. It will be anotgher 20 years to finalize this, but it is at least started.
