Dawn419 I get my tea from culturesforhealth.com I have only ever had good results from anything I have purchased from them. I bought my Kombucha scooby from them, I have also ordered yogurt culture and sourdough starter as well. I got their Oolong tea to use for my kombucha. I know there are several retailers you can get bulk tea from, mountainroseherbs is another one you can try for a quality tea. Hope that helps.

Thank you or your reply, sekinkead! I get newsletters from both places and will add them to my comparison-shopping list. I'm also looking at The Republic of Tea as far as loose tea goes. I just went ahead and bought the biggest, cheapest bagged tea (Black and Green) from WallyWorld, to get me started.

Got my first batch of Kombucha bottled and I love the stuff! I just did the first batch plain but plan on flavoring the next batch with Craisins (dried cranberries) and ginger.
