Potato Salad
3 lbs potatoes--$o.94
30 quail eggs- free (not counting feed)
1/4 jar dill pickles--$0.50
mayonnaise, homemade--(pennies for the oil)
one onion--free (raised in my garden from free started plant)
Salt and pepper
The trick is after they have cooked--pour 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water over top and let them sit overnight. The best way I can describe how easy it is - is to compare it to taking the cellophane wrapper of a pack of soap or whatever--(you know--you pull on the one end and it just peels right off?)
