We planted 3 hummingbird bushes in it yesterday but we are also saving room for when I get a wishing well planter. No, the grill isn't in the flower bed. I took that pic shortly after he got home with them and we had given them a little drink because we don't water the flower beds during the day only before the sun is up and as it's going down.

There's my big flower bed. I know it's sparsely populated. I think the shape of it resembles a kidney bean. When I ever get it finished it's going to be amazing. We haven't quite decided on the border.

Just to let all of my friends on here know. Yesterday afternoon around 1:30pm, one of my dogs,

Rudy (circled) was hit by a Suburban Propane truck who didn't even stop to tend to him just kept on driving like nothing happened. Rudy currently has staples in both of his front legs. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

So sorry that happened. Hope he makes a full recovery!

Here is an update on Rudy my dog who got hit back on June 10th. He is completely healed. When we took him back 14 days later to get the staples removed the vet assistant who brought Rudy back to the car was even surprised at how it healed and with no infection.
Ever since he was hit he doesn't like to be away from my side.

I’m glad he healed up with no lasting problems. Maybe he learned to stay out of the road. That hurts!
