irrigate yes, but not wound/enema/urethra related
Looks like some sort of feeder tube thingy but for what animal(s) IDK.

Nah I'm thinking it's to ad water to a bator without lifting the lid. That's what I'd use it for anyway...but I'm weird so...

Homemade modification tool for just that. It allows for liquid to be added or removed to an incubator w/o opening the lid.
It slips thru the top vent hole-
