Here is what I just finished; a simple keychain with an even count peyote stitch using seed beads. A gift for a friend, she loves this kind of stuff.

Anyone else do a variety of Peyote stitching?

Very nice work, BB. The beading looks very nice and even.

She should love it.

Very nice work! I like the color too. :thumbsup
I used to make chevron & zigzag pattern beaded bracelets. Learned from a class at the Choctaw Fair, from the smallest woman I've ever seen. She was way shorter than me (I was 10) and had the most awesome silver hair. Couldn't have weighed more than 75 lbs. soaking wet.
I haven't done it since I had to pick up $15 worth of beads off the carpet. :hit

Very cool!

Beads are tough to photograph....want some hints? I did a website for a friend who made jewelry, so got pretty good at it....

I would love some hints! I finished the keychain last night after my brother left so I couldn't borrow his camera; which takes good pictures of everything.

I didn't know you made websites, cool!

BB-you are way beyond my beading ability. I used one of those small looms for seed beads and made a bracelet with no idea that beads had a stitch!
That is really beautiful work, I'm impressed!

Its really easy once you get it down. I learned how from a Pagan Anishinabe woman who makes videos on YouTube. Lol.

I started the beading on the leather to get the correct size but then switch to beading around my finger.

I need to see that video to wrap my brain around the concept of weaving on the finger! It would seem to require dexterity, lol.
I'd probably have to use this: :thumbsup
