Oh, for cholesterol- especially triglycerides and LDL- take Metamucil before bed. Or, really any psyllium husk. At night the cholesterol made in your liver cycles from liver to gut and back (entero-hepatic recycling) and the psyllium will bind the cholesterol that hits your intestines overnight and not let it recycle. It works for familial high cholesterol that your liver over produces as well as dietary sources.
