Interesting! Is low blood pressure comparably associated with higher hormone levels?
I would have to say no, just from my personal experience. I have always had low blood pressure, and have had low hormone levels in the past. Also, I love salt and never hold back on it.

Cutting back on sodium ended my PMS symptoms when I used to have them. There are lots of reason to eat less sodium. The body needs to have a certain amount, but it is hard with the way most of us eat to AVOID salt, we don't have to worry about getting enough.

This seasoning goes very well with any vege or meat.
We use it all the time, though we do add sea salt.
Not sure if you have time to find something like that, but it is an option.
Growing up, we always had Mrs Dash in the cupboard for seasoning.

I also second the carrot idea. You can make gingered carrots for a flavorfull dish.
I went to costco and found this seasoning, thank you BBrooks. I bought it and tried it today--YUM!!!

Most of the issue is with the kind of salt.
Table salt is just processed junk, with things like cornstarch added.
No real nutritional value at all!

Good unprocessed sea salt is full of minerals that provide a great deal of support.

It does not matter what kind for my medical issue, I still cannot have too much. Even baking soda is the wrong thing for me.
