New (to me) "soy" sauce!!

Thanks! Soy sauce has been a staple for me.


I usually buy a big bottle of organic tamari sauce, but I'm almost out and haven't seen my brand for a year. I'm not really wanting to buy just any soy sauce.

I dunno if I can find the coconut stuff but will be checking those other sites to make a replacement. Thanks!!!

South River Miso in Mass. - http://www.southrivermiso.com/store/c/5-Other-South-River-Miso-Products.html - has organic Tamari not made with soy. Its pricey, and they have limited quantities, but its good. They also only ship during the cooler months, so order early . Their miso is really nice too.

you had to ask right? I had to change the container it was in, b/c theone it was in did not pour right. But it was organic and naturallyfermentd. Next time I go intot he city, I will look for it to get a name for you. but it was not Braggs, I don't think. It ws in the ethnic section of the supermarket. It had asian lettering on the jar also.

We use the organic Tamari since it is gluten free, but with SO working at a natural grocer I'll have to see if they have it there! And this reminds me, I was going to make rice for lunch!

It is from the flower, not the coconut itself...don't know if that would make a difference or not.

Thought I would update this, since I just bought a new bottle of soy sauce. It is called San- J organic soy sauce. http://www.amazon.com/Tamari-Sauce-Wheat-Free-Organic/dp/B0001FI4BQ
